How long is the retreat?

 

A glorious 4-day weekend in December. Plan to arrive on Thursday midafternoon and leave on Sunday midday. The retreat begins on Thursday evening and ends on Sunday. We begin on Thursday evening with a get-acquainted gathering.

Full experiential days await us on Friday and Saturday in a creative and inspirational space.

The practice on Sunday morning is optional to accommodate flight and travel arrangements. Feel free to STAY on Sunday and enjoy each other’s company & the natural beauty of the state.

 

Who is it for?

 

Grown up professionals tired of missing out on the fun of life. Overly busy folk who long to take better care of their health in the middle of career, family & life- whether you’re doing that now or not.

Anyone who longs to shift their stress & overwhelm to a more resilient mindset.

How much is the retreat?

 

Early bird pricing is $550 until November 15, 2022. After November 15th, the investment increases to $650.

If you have to reschedule, you’ll be given credit for a future event to apply your full payment. This may include private coaching, as well.

 

When & Where is the retreat?

 

We’ll experience beautiful places & spaces in Little Rock AR, from Dec 9-11, 2022. You’ll receive more information about the intimate retreat space in a venue created for women in business, as well as area accommodations and attractions once you register. You may also wish to enjoy the natural wooded beauty and rolling hills of the area. This is an intimate retreat that’s intentionally limited to 15 people.

This is an intimate gathering by design so that the group can practice, share & learn together. Retreats can be vulnerable and bring up emotions. Part of the experience is learning to FEEL and ALLOW yourself to be supported.

Why Am I leading this Program?

 

I’m Brigette Serfaty, Executive Well-being & Mindset Coach

I’m passionate about helping high-achievers to STOP trading their well-being for their work and rediscover REALLY matters. I use practices and strategies drawn from mindfulness, integrative health, lifestyle medicine, yoga therapy, and a LONG corporate career.

My signature Minding Your Minutes framework & A.L.I.G.N. Method were developed to shift stress & mindset in the moment to bring attention back to what matters most.

I know first-hand the healing power of retreats and the power of an intimate group to transform lives. I’ve led several of them and participated in many more.

My first retreat experience changed my life when my marriage was falling apart. This deeply spiritual experience helped me to find the courage to change my life. Those that followed forced me to reinvent my own well-being after reckoning with a stress-fueled tendency to overwork and its impact on every. part. of. my life. A corporate downsizing was a left-handed blessing that changed everything about the way I work and live now.

That’s why I LOVE working with other high performing professionals to help them find space in their lives for what truly matters.
